移除道路障碍 No Barriers V5 供1.60-1.61（本地下载）

It makes all the closed roads in the  game open. removes barriers on all roads. There is no closed road. all dlc works.
It works without any problems in version 1.60.
It also works with DLC maps.
It works with all maps added as mods.
