这个250是油箱最大容积。
如果要修改车辆建造时的随机容量的话，打开
script\engine.osc
找到
50 50 (C.L.engine_tank_capacity) - random + (S.L.engine_tank_content)
修改为
(C.L.engine_tank_capacity) (S.L.engine_tank_content)
，那么这样每次车辆加载的时候都是满油。
