【转】IXLauncher：一款通过4gb补丁和其他参数进行OMSI优化。

【介绍】：
Initially planned as the definitive replacement for the first and last versions of BATLauncher, it will exist only as a single version, devoid of future updates.
Left abandoned by the development team, it will have only one and only one version, the V1, developed in March 2022, tested from April to June 2022, and never released after the test phase.
I decided to share it publicly, with no guarantee of future updates after project abandon.
